Vice President, Operations
A seasoned and versatile manager, Laura has held various positions at NTG over the years, including Senior Revisor, Operations Manager and Chief Administrative Officer. She works closely with translators, revisors and management to oversee day-to-day operations with a constant view to streamlining company activities for the benefit of staff and clients alike.
Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, Alex studied Business Administration in the United States and has previously performed financial administration for NGOs. He is NTG’s Financial Officer, overseeing payroll, benefits administration, receivables, payables, and day-to-day finances.
Manager, Bid Response
Elizabeth (Liz) joined NTG as the Bid Response Manager in September 2013, bringing with her almost a decade of experience in the bid response field – not to mention a positive and energetic attitude. Liz manages the Bid Response team by developing large-scale proposals in response to RFQs, RFIs, RFSOs, RFSAs, etc. for public and private clients. She also determines which proposals are the most beneficial to pursue.
Dr. Beau Brock
Manager, Official Languages, Training and Development
Dr. Brock has been passionate about languages for as long as he can remember, which led him to complete his PhD in French Linguistics at the University of Toronto. He has been translating and revising professionally in a variety of disciplines and specialties since 2007, and is ATIO-certified in both French and Spanish to English. Now, he is responsible for enabling NTG’s team of expert translators and ensuring they have the up-to-date knowledge and tools they need to produce accurate, timely translations.
Manager, Client Relations and Business Development
Waneek hails from the Mohawk communities of Kahnawake and Ohsweken. As one of Canada's few Indigenous Olympians, she has worked extensively in both the Indigenous and non-Indigenous worlds as a motivational speaker, a facilitator and in business sales. She has melded her love of all things Indigenous with her collaborative, excellence-oriented approach to advance the goals of Reconciliation through social and economic development.

With a Master’s in Linguistics from the Sorbonne, Ryan brings to NTG deep knowledge in linguistics and translation. He works to ensure everyone at NTG is on message and sees to it that our clients are satisfied with our high-quality linguistic services.

Manon draws on her tenure of over 16 years with the company in her seamless execution of NTG’s vast array of projects. She knows the ins and outs of the company, from receiving requests, to revision and delivery. Manon ensures consistency and accuracy in the administration and translation of the projects you rely on.
Senior Administrative Team Lead
Keegan is our lead administrator in the Control Centre at NTG. A seasoned customer service professional, Keegan is responsible for receiving client requests, assigning work to translator staff and delivering the final product to client.
Executive Assistant/Financial Administrator
A lifetime Ottawa resident with over a decade of experience in financial administration in private businesses, Sarah provides critical day-to-day support to staff at all levels of the organization. Multitalented and efficient, she guarantees the effortless execution of company activities by assisting clients, translators, managers and our financial officer.
