Language Management Portal

The NATIONS Language Management Portal allows our clients to securely order, monitor and manage all language services in real time. It provides control over language projects on three levels: control over linguistic assets, over project management and workflow automation, and over the quality control process itself.

Easy to use and customizable, the portal can be viewed in either Canadian Official Language and allows clients to select their own time zones and passwords. All documentation is easily accessible from the main dashboard so users can view the status of any request, and all upcoming requests, in just a few clicks. It also provides lists of current and past invoices so you can track expenses as needed.

With a clear line of sight into all your language projects, the NATIONS portal offers clients transparency, efficiency, and the ability to effortlessly plan for ongoing and future content needs.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions

In addition to workflow automation, NATIONS uses Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to support our Client Care Centre and project managers as they process client requests. This results in more efficient delivery of service so clients can be confident their projects will always be delivered on deadline. 

We are very proud to be the first Language Service Provider to utilize RPA technology in this way - a milestone on the technology transformation roadmap that puts our clients ahead of the competition.

Besides using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a process accelerator, it enables our clients to connect any of their systems to our Language Management Portal to automate their content processes and tasks, which helps save time and prevent introducing human errors.

AI/ML Translation

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are changing the way we manage, store, and create content - giving users the ability to process large volumes of data almost instantly and therefore significantly reducing translation costs. 

NATIONS uses AI and ML technology in a number of ways, with the ultimate goal of delivering superior real-time translation and timely delivery of ad hoc rush requests. 

In the pre-translation stage, our translators are assisted by SYSTRAN, an AI translation solution that provides rapid suggestions based on customized algorithms. The translator can then incorporate these suggestions into their work to boost productivity. During the actual translation process, we also employ a combined Neural Machine Translation (NMT) solution at the leading edge of AI and deep learning which offers close-to-human transcriptions. 

These tools help our clients maximize their resources, allowing for repeated use of content across different databases and leveraging language assets like product catalogs so they can be reused for future applications.
