The award was officially presented at BMO’s newly opened Office of Reconciliation Downie Wenjack Legacy Space in downtown Toronto, a milestone initiative that reflects the bank’s commitment to embedding reconciliation into its operations, partnerships, and long-term corporate strategy.
The award also highlights BMO’s decision to partner with NATIONS, one of Canada’s leading Indigenous-owned language service providers, helping create meaningful economic opportunities for Indigenous professionals and communities through employment, internships, scholarships, mentorship programs, and supplier diversity initiatives.
